Lohu holds an LLB from the University of Pretoria. She served her articles In Pretoria at a law firm that focused on personal injury and medical negligence claims. After her admission she joined a law firm in Johannesburg where she focused on commercial litigation, corporate law and competition law. She holds a post graduate certificate in Competition Law from the University of Witwatersrand.
She moved to the financial sector where she worked as a legal advisor and Fiduciary Specialist. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning and Advanced Diploma in Estates and Trust Administration both from the University of Free State.
She holds the following accreditations CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) with the FPI and FPSA® (Fiduciary Practitioner of South Africa) with FISA. She is passionate about financial education, wealth preservation and getting the right tools in place. She also enjoys drafting contracts and the litigation.

Precious Mnisi
Attorney and Conveyancer
Precious Mnisi is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa. She holds an LLB degree from the University of Pretoria, a Bcom ( Honours) in Financial planning from the University of Johannesburg and an LLM in Estate Law also from UP.
She served her articles at a law firm in Pretoria specialising in general litigation, estate law, contract drafting as well as conveyancing. She has worked as a legal advisor in the BEE advisory space, where she advised corporates on their BEE scorecards and how to become compliant. She was a fiduciary specialist in the banking and insurance industry where she advised high net worth individuals on their overall legacy planning.
It is important to her to offer bespoke solutions to her clients.
Precious holds a CFP® (Certified Financial planner) accreditation with the Financial planning Institute (FPI) , She is also a member of the Fiduciary Institute of South Africa (FISA).
